While the rumors about October's 2 conference seems to confirms what I was speaking about (release of Ds3 in Japan and not Europe for now), maybe the big announcement in US will be about the new storages choices and possibility on the Wii needed for this kind of game...

and in this interesting point of view, John Welch, CEO and co-founder of Diner Dash house PlayFirst, is reminding how everything is about software (and peripheral) and not about hardware, taking the success of the Wii (he could have took the DS over PSP or the Gameboy over the Lynx and Gamegear to prove it too). It reminded me this post I did two years ago about how I would integrate a Wii into a TV a sell them both in one...

And how, once again, the one universal Console would be better for all of us, because the Wii experience could be done on a Gamecube, a Xbox, a N64 or a Ps3.
With one Game platform, you could choose to be plugged on Xbox live, Ps3 network or Buying Wii sport and Wiimote... yeap, see, it's all working, and for a cheaper price for you, and for us developers...
